We love getting to know potential hires and inquiring minds. Our hiring and onboarding process may vary slightly from position to position, but overall it will look something like this:

INTERVIEW

Fill out an application. Get called. Get interviewed. Corporate and retail interview processes will differ slightly, but standard corporate process starts with a phone interview, followed by an onsite interview with a few members of our team. If you are selected to continue in the process, you will be asked to come back for another onsite interview with department leadership. From there the decision is made, and if selected you’ll be contacted by one of our recruiters.

OFFER

When we get through the interview process, if we feel you are a fit within Axcess Financial, we will get an offer to you right away.

YOUR FIRST DAYS

This will vary depending on whether you’re working in one of our corporate offices or in a retail store, but, typically your first days begin with a short welcome session with HR, meeting with your manager, getting to know your team, settling in and going through some onboard training. From there you’re off to continue to build your career.
